Peace, love, and the purpose of existence (spiritual talk)

Hi, all,

I recently filmed and uploaded a spiritual talk to Youtube, in the form of a video titled “Peace, love, and the purpose of existence.” This is a very vulnerable share for me, but one that I hope is helpful to others. In the video, I discuss peace, love, oneness, trauma, the “crisis” of selfhood, spiritual realization, and the purpose of existence. The talk is about an hour long.
